The rules of the shelf. Placing an order means you agree to these terms.
1. Orders and pricing
All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
2. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they haven't been packed. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible — use the return flow instead where eligible.
3. Product accuracy
We do our best to represent colors, sizes and descriptions accurately. Minor variations do not qualify as defects.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — copy, photos, logo, and design — is owned by Blank Store and may not be reused without written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
Blank Store is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the products, beyond the value of the order itself.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
